Growing up in an “immigrant” family, I felt ashamed of being an outsider. Self conscious, with low self esteem, I hesitated to try things I secretly wanted to do. To hide my lack of self-confidence, I made some unhelpful choices which undermined my efforts to fit in.
In personal therapy, I realized self-belief is essential for living well. Now, my inspiration is supporting clients to move beyond dented self-esteem, anxiety, and depression. After more than a decade as a therapist and coach, my work is supporting lasting, positive change. For settling distress, EFT is an important part of my practice.
