Join us for a thoughtful conversation…
Suzanne Fageol and Craig Weiner welcome Silke Johnson, founder of the Melody Learning Center, for an exploration of what it truly means to work in neurodiversity-affirming ways.
Drawing on more than twenty-five years supporting neurodivergent children, adolescents, adults, and their families, Silke will share practical wisdom, clinical experience, and gentle insights that can help practitioners create sessions that feel safer, more responsive, and more effective.
Rather than focusing on techniques alone, this conversation explores the human relationship that makes any technique possible.
For more than twenty-five years, Silke Johnson has devoted her professional life to supporting neurodivergent children, adolescents, and their families.
As founder of the Melody Learning Center, she combines her experience as a Behavior Consultant, Pediatric Nurse, Trauma-Sensitive Educator, HEMRY® Coach, and Specialist Therapist in Emotional Regulation and Bodywork to create practical, compassionate, and individualized support for children and families.
Her work integrates evidence-based behavioral approaches, EFT, emotional regulation, trauma-informed care, body-oriented therapies, and family-centered practice.
Her greatest passion is helping each child—and every family—discover their strengths while feeling deeply understood, respected, and safe.
For further information on Silke’s work, she can be reached at info@melodycenter.ch or https://www.melodycenter.de/
